So, there are these two play, one by a Russian Writer and one by this uk based writer. They both need directors, but not just any directors, and not the kind of director that likes to play it safe.
Key Word -Surprise. I knew this old guy in new york from a theatre co. called Black Moon - he said our role as performers was to discover. I say our role as storytellers is to surprise. Directors role is to paint a world were the two can live together.
Personally, I don't like safe - well, in my creative work at least. I like something else, something more, something a little unexpected. And that's what I am looking for in the people I work with. I want to be surprised, because surprises are what keeps us young and I am all about that - as my mates know :)
So, back to the story - I am looking for two directors who live in London and who like telling story's. If you can direct a play with around six actors or more, please show up before 2PM this Saturday, 6th September, at Theatro Technics, Crowndale Rd, NW1. Or send me an email at dysthelexi@gmail.com
